The Databricks Dashboard in a Day is a full-day, hands-on workshop designed specifically for various analyst roles, exploring the capabilities of modern data platforms.
Participants will be led by an instructor through a fictitious, captivating case study, in which they assume responsibility for the analytics department. In a mixture of informative break-out sessions and hands-on guided exercises, the participants will cover the data platform lifecycle from transforming data with Spark™ Declarative Pipelines, building a semantic layer with Metric Views, crafting AI/BI Dashboards, to setting up AI/BI Genie Agents for conversational analytics.
By the end of the day, participants will not only understand the benefits of placing the semantic layer within Databricks but will also gain confidence in creating AI/BI Dashboards and AI/BI Genie Agents for Self-Service Analytics, as well as increase data literacy skills.
